We are closed most holidays and shipping/email responses will resume the next business day. We MAY respond on holidays but it depends if there is an employee working.

If you don't know your order number, please send your order name and an item you purchased otherwise we will not be able to find your order. If you're inquiring about an item, please include the item number. If this information is not included, we may not respond.
